  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Some special-rate flights and last-minute charters are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit toward a future flight.
  • Partial Refunds: If you cancel after the refundable window has passed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the terms of your booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full refund or flight credit, depending on your booking terms.
  • 24 to 72 hours before departure: Partial refund may apply, subject to aircraft availability and repositioning costs.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Generally non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances.

3. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team with your booking reference number.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to be processed, depending on your payment method.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Flight Disruptions & Operator Cancellations

  • If We Cancel Your Flight: In the rare case that American Private Jet Charter must cancel a flight due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, mechanical issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Force Majeure Events: In cases of uncontrollable events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or airspace closures), we will work with you to reschedule your flight or offer flight credit.

5. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

  • No-Show Policy: If passengers fail to arrive at the designated departure time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
  • Late Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation occurs after aircraft dispatch or crew deployment, additional fees may apply.

6. Modifications & Flight Credits

  • Rebooking & Flight Credit: If you are not eligible for a refund, we may offer flight credit toward future travel with us, subject to availability.
  • Name & Schedule Changes: Certain modifications, such as passenger name changes or rescheduling, may be permitted with a fee.
